Information we Collect

Information provided voluntarily by you may be your Name, address, email address Telephone Number, Company name, this information is required only for the purposes of Delivery and Billing, your information is stored on a secure server and is never shared or used for any Marketing by Printright Limited.

How we process your Data

Your Data is received mainly via email at your own risk, this can be password protected under your discretion.

Your files will then be saved to our external Hard drives and Encrypted for our use only

All files will usually be archived after use, to be re-used on future reprint instructions, unless specifically requested to be deleted by yourselves.

Any files provided to us are used only for the purpose of print.

Who has access to your Data

Only Printright Limited has access to your information and only authorised staff will have access to this data for the purposes as explained above.

If you wish your data to be deleted from our system then this will be with immediate effect.

What happens to any overprint or waste

Any overprint or waste created whilst producing your print requirements will be disposed of by shredding and then sent for recycling.

What happens if there is a Breach

In the highly unlikely event that your data comes under threat, due to cyber attack etc, you will be informed and a report will be generated within 72 hours.
